We'll meet one committee member of the Knox Co. Black History Preservation project who is making history today. "In Blackest Shade, In Darkest Light" is featured at Shircliff Gallery of Art. And the Knox Co. Sheriff's Department is ready to serve and protect every day, including the upcoming eclipse in April.
