French Chef Roland Mesnier speaks about his experiences as White House Pastry Chef.

For over a quarter of a century, Chef Roland Mesnier has satisfied the sweet cravings of five Presidents, their families, numerous guests and Heads of State. The French born Mesnier was hired as the White House Executive Pastry Chef in 1979 by First Lady Rosalyn Carter. Mesnier’s service to Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush 43, would make him the longest serving White House chef to date.
