This week brought new stimulus, a slight easing of public health orders, and deeper economic pain as San Diego and the nation deal with COVID-19. At the national level, Congress passed a new financial aid package worth nearly half-a-trillion dollars. Much of that money will replenish a small business relief fund. Since March, 26 million Americans have lost their jobs.
