Black nurses face a 'dual pandemic,' Rutgers study says

A new study from the Rutgers University School of Nursing finds Black nurses, in particular, are facing a dual pandemic -- suffering from higher rates of emotional distress caused by COVID-19 worries and workplace racism. Charlotte Thomas Hawkins, an associate dean at the Rutgers School of Nursing and who led the study, discusses the findings.
