North Carolina’s coronavirus efforts appear to be working, with fewer new cases and hospitalizations. But 10,000 have died from COVID and 83 percent are over 65. The big challenge is getting vaccine into as many arms as possible, but supplies remain limited. What is the outlook and when will we get more vaccine? Dr. Mandy Cohen, Secretary of Health and Human Services gives us answers.
