It’s been a little over a year since North Carolina recorded our first case of COVID-19. The picture today is different than when the virus was surging in January and February. Today more North Carolinians have been vaccinated. Our case numbers and hospitalizations continue to decline. When will we return to normal life? We ask Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mandy Cohen.
