All right, so gonna play a collection of songs tonight, some older songs of mine, mainly songs are from my new record, "Out of This Town," which came out on Sun Records a few weeks ago.

And most of this record I wrote with someone very familiar to this area who worked on a lot of music in this area, and that was Mac Davis.

And Mac and myself put these songs together about 10 years ago.

And originally our plan was to have a kind of Mac and Coyle album.

Never fully figured it out, nearly signed it to a couple of labels.

For whatever reason, it didn't happen.

And time passed by and COVID occurred.

And then during that year, in 2020, Mac passed away.

And not long after COVID when Sun Records was relaunched, they came to me, familiar with this record, and asked to put it out on Sun, which was obviously a treat.

So this next song is a song of Mac's called "It Only Hurts When I'm Awake."
