Numerous studies have shown that learning a musical instrument can improve cognitive abilities and reduce the risk of dementia. Singing or acting can build self-confidence and painting or ceramic art helps improve motor skills. For 16 years Creative Aging has been bringing the arts to our senior population. Then, we'll ask the age-old question, "Are You Ready to Become a Grandparent?"
