The lifeguards in Tijuana are reported to be the best trained and equipped in all of Mexico. Follow along as Host Jorge Meraz gets to know these aquatic heroes and the history of their training program. Then on a visit to “Playas de Tijuana” we learn about beach safety and observe a real-life rescue. Lastly, Jorge attempts to keep up during a lifeguard training session.
