Chicago students are set to return to school tomorrow after Chicago Public Schools canceled five days of classes amid a labor action by the Chicago Teachers Union in which teachers and staff refused to work in person as COVID cases surged. The union's elected delegates approved a proposal Monday night and rank-and-file teachers are expected to vote on the deal this week.
