DACA narrowly survived a host of legal challenges and a new one is on the horizon.

Ten years ago the Obama Administration signed an executive order creating the deferred action for childhood arrivals program, more commonly known as DACA. It granted temporary residency status for undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.
