Dallas pastor says nation is ‘all but’ post-racial
As a makeshift memorial continues to grow in downtown Dallas, recent events have shined a spotlight on racial tension within the nation. While Dallas has received praise for its community policing approach that has reduced the number of arrests and excessive use of force, people there say there are still divides.
