The city of Cambridge imposed a smallpox vaccine requirement.
And then would, it require a $5 fine for someone who was unable or unwilling to be vaccinated.
That case went to the Supreme Court and the city of Cambridge was supported.
So it's possible that this case could end up in the Supreme Court.
