Like, you don't have to show vaccine passports to vote or to participate in a public demonstration or to go to religious services.
On the other hand, one complication here, Joe, that could provide ammunition to folks opposed to these passports is that right now of course the vaccine is just being administered pursuant to an emergency use authorization; it hasn't received the full green light from the FDA.
I think these passports would stand on stronger legal footing once they're fully licensed, vaccines are fully licensed.
