The former Louisville police officer is facing two federal civil rights violations for his actions during the raid on Breonna Taylor's apartment in March of 2020.
Yesterday, Taylor's neighbor took the stand and recalled her horror as bullets flew into her apartment near her sleeping son.
The ten shots Hankinson filed or fired that night didn't hit anyone.
It was another officer who shot and killed Taylor.
Hankinson faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
He was acquitted last year in state Court of endangering Taylor's neighbors.
