James Whiteside, a principal dancer with American Ballet Theater has explored the myriad ways in which dance heightens our sense of connection, emotion, representation, and understanding throughout his career.
Working alongside filmmaker Kylie Juggert, the film "Daytripper" takes us on journey of visceral reminiscence, as a man looks back on the day he met the love of his life.
A modern silent film celebrating dance, music, and the serendipity of finding love, "Daytripper" is a reminder of the rewards reaped when we remain open and available to possibilities.
