Nearly 3,000 people are homeless in the U.P., about 600 in Marquette. And they are not the only group struggling with inadequate housing. We discuss special needs housing issues, and efforts to address them with Propylon Nonprofit Housing Corporation President Robert Kulisheck, Room at the Inn Executive-Director Douglas Russell and Trillium House Executive-Director Pat Bray.
