It seems that there are more in-person events than ever this year, a robust rebuttal to 2020's forced cancellations.
Seattle's storied Crocodile music venue recently reopened in a new location at First Avenue and Wall Street.
It's still in Belltown, but in a swankier spot, a few blocks north of its original home, which opened in 1991.
The Croc's largest stage has a 750 person capacity and is housed in what used to be the El Gaucho restaurant.
Downstairs, you'll find a smaller stage called Madame Lou's, previously known as the Pampas Room, plus a street-level cafe and cocktail lounge.
In January, there will also be a comedy club and screening room downstairs in what once was the Big Picture movie theater.
On top of it all is a 17-room hotel, decked out in rocker chic decor and local art.
