With just a few voting sessions left, what has the Legislature accomplished and what remains to be done? Come 2020, thousands of Jerseyans on food assistance will start to feel the pinch when SNAP cuts kick in. There's plenty of speculation about the future of the Phillipsburg Mall, but there's no denying the impact of shopping online. NJ's c-section rate has dropped to its lowest this decade.
