BETA Technologies to expand operations at the Plattsburgh Airport.
A 20-million-dollar grant from the State of New York will help aerospace manufacturer BETA Technologies fund a major expansion at the Plattsburgh airport to assemble & test its electric aircraft. A new low-cost airline connecting Plattsburgh to two popular destinations in Florida has started up service. The first phase of the Adirondack Rail Trail opens between Lake Placid & Saranac Lake.
