This one is for Christmas.
I bring a set of six cookies to all of my classes and I walk you through with royal icing what parts to decorate and how to get the best outcome.
I have always loved to bake and and of course started when I was really little with my grandma decorating cookies at Christmas.
We're doing full on Christmas.
And then there's Santa Claus, a Mrs. Claus, a reindeer and a glass of milk.
The royal icing is made with meringue powder, powdered sugar and water.
And then I dye it to specific colors, depending on what we're doing.
Tonight, of course, is green and red for Christmas.
I love being able to get a group of people together, and I love being able to teach people a new skill.
