New York's top fiscal watchdog weighs in on the Governor's budget and Medicaid spending.

After New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that he would convene a panel of experts to identify $2.5 billion in savings in the coming weeks for the state’s Medicaid program, State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli said he’s already given that work a head start.
