Moe, Larry & Curly are witnesses to a murder and are more than willing to testify.
The Stooges witness their friend Gail Tempest accused of murder. In court, they create chaos playing games, and Curly, finally on the stand, reenacts the events with a musical performance. Amidst confusion, they capture a parrot with a confession from the real murderer, Buck Wing, proving Tempest's innocence. In the end, a mishap with a fire hose adds a humorous twist to their courtroom adventure.
