I'm Bob Brassell.
I'm the guitar player for Dog Talk and several other projects here in the Twin Ports.
Dog talk is a, pretty much a harder rock, alternative rock style, music.
It's mostly original.
We do some covers, but most of what we do is original.
Composed by, the members of the band.
A friend of mine, Jeffrey James Laughlin, who we just talk, was running a song and one day I was like, hey, I just think about playing bass.
He's like, hey, I'll teach you.
And, the rest is history.
So my name is Mike.
Well, I play.
Bass and dog.
Talk.
Playing original music, and Duluth is a lot of fun.
Because you're playing something that nobody else in the area is playing.
The music community in Duluth is very eclectic.
You can find all kinds of music here.
Country, obviously.
We've got alt rock, we've got hard rock, we've got metal.
We've got, I mean, everything in between.
