More than one in three women experience abuse by an intimate partner in their lifetime.

The pandemic and the shut down that followed left many vulnerable people with little or no support. And for victims of domestic violence, the fear of seeking help, even under normal circumstances, is often too great. Contributing producer and editor Dorothy Dickie tackles this difficult issue and tells one woman’s story about survival and breaking through the cycle of violence.
