Many companies in New Jersey no longer mandate masks or regular COVID-19 tests. Though infection case numbers are rising, business leaders are more likely to worry about inflation than vaccination. And some employees who fear losing workdays in this rough economy if they test positive are instead choosing not to test at all in an unspoken "don't test, don't tell" approach.
