Advocates of price controls back a measure in President Joe Biden's “Build Back Better” proposal that would let Medicare negotiate the cost of prescription medicines for Americans, who pay four times as much for prescription drugs as people in other countries. They’re pushing Sen. Bob Menendez to support the proposal.
