Ten Thousand Duluthians formed a mob that hanged three African American men in Duluth in 1920. It's not something that Minnesotans often talk about. A group in Duluth is breaking that silence by planning a memorial on the site of the murders. Duluthian Heidi Bakk-Hansen tells us why.
