Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorshipwhat we provide people is access to tools and a place to use them And so we have a full woodshop, full metal shop, 3D printing, industrial lasers, industrial sewing, a tech shop with testing and repair equipment for electronics.
There's a pottery studio and a lapidary studio and a craft room.
So many outlets to make and repair things.
In our 11,000 square foot building.
the wood shop is our busiest shop in the building.
A lot of people join the makerspace for access to the tools that we have here in the wood shop.
I think the maker space is a collection of creative people, but it's also there's a social aspect to it.
There's a community aspect to it.
There's an educational aspect to it.
We provide some, classes.
Some of the people that take the classes are our members, and some are people that have bought tools they don't yet know how to use.
And so they come and learn here.
All of that is good for our region.
