To clear the air regarding what happened last summer with the attempted Russian hack on state systems, we turn to Reid Magney, Public Information Officer with the Wisconsin Elections Commission. He says by targeting the Department of Workforce Development, the Russians may have been looking for other possible entrances to gain access to voter data.
