Emissions from cars and trucks are New Jersey’s largest source of air pollution

U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone Jr. is applauding federal efforts to support the use of electric vehicles. New Jersey is set to receive over $15 million from the bipartisan infrastructure law to help place more charging stations across the state. Local officials and advocates joined Pallone (D-6th) in Asbury Park Thursday to celebrate what they say is a first step to creating a cleaner economy.
