On the final day of its term, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a major ruling impacting the environment. In a 6 to 3 decision, justices ruled the Environmental Protection Agency does not have the authority to limit the carbon emissions of power plants. It’s a major setback for the Biden administration’s effort to address climate change.
