You've all made it to Day 10.
When you started this adventure nine days ago, you were given the task of trekking all across the country using little more than a wilderness GPS and paper maps.
Using those items has led you right here, to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Throughout the years, millions migrated West, hoping for a better way of life, and some even settled right here, including the Cheley family, who founded this very camp.
At 8,000 feet in elevation and surrounded by unforgiving forest, this outdoor adventure location has challenged hardy souls for over 100 years.

And so, Team Green, you start with four badges; Team Black, you have one; and Team Red, you'll start the day with two badges.

Our camp has been outfitted with four wilderness survivor challenges, where you'll compete head-to-head to earn a badge.
Each challenge will have a main objective, and the winning team will be awarded a badge who accomplishes that challenge first.
However, you need to be careful how you accomplish each challenge, and that's because each challenge is also outfitted with a series of performance badges.
While the main objective badge will be explained to you in advance, the performance badges will only be revealed to you at the end of the day.
Only then will you discover what these performance goals were, and only then will the performance badges be awarded.
This means it's up to you to perform well throughout each challenge, or else it could cost you $50,000.

Here is how this challenge is gonna work.
Throughout the course, we've placed foam balls with various point values.
One contestant from each team will climb to reach the balls.
Grab a ball and toss it to your teammate below.
The ball must be caught in your teammate's net for the points to count.
Each team will be given 30 minutes to collect as many points as possible.
Your relatives have binoculars.
They will hopefully direct you to the largest point value balls.
And, one more thing, each team must also attempt the Leap of Faith.
This 30 foot climb leads to a narrow platform.
One contestant must leap to a dangling trapeze bar with a 100 point ball attached to it.
Hopefully, they will secure it and toss it to their teammate.
At the end of 30 minutes, the team with the most points wins the Vertigo badge.
Three performance badges will also be revealed and awarded at the end of the day.
