ESL students in NJ may lack access to school services

Child advocates are calling on New Jersey’s Department of Education to make sure English language learners attending public schools have the same access to services as native English speakers. A new report from the Education Law Center found one-third of participants surveyed say their school isn’t in compliance with state regulations.
