[Cheering] [Cheering] On behalf of the city of Duluth we are so pleased and so proud to have been a part of this beautiful, dynamic vision around the National Water System and the National Waterway, this park and all of the incredible work that is happening.
It couldn't have happened without all the work that's been done.
And the river has responded really amazingly to the effort.
The importance of a designation like this is it tells people from places far beyond here that this is a place you should see.
That you should try this.
Young and old.
It puts people on that river.
And by experiencing it, they come to love it and value it and will fight to protect it.
