Concerns over heavy flooding prompted mandatory evacuation orders over the weekend for people living in the cities of Falmouth and Butler in Pendleton County.

Crews shut off utilities to flooded neighborhoods.
Pendleton County Emergency Management lifted the evacuation for Falmouth at noon today, and Butler was lifted at 4 p.m.. Officials say crews are working to restore electric water and natural gas services to all the residents.
