Thousands of residents are still struggling to pay their bills, including rent.

Advocates say 35,000 eviction claims have been filed in New Jersey and 100,000 could be filed. Both housing advocates and property owners are relying on another massive infusion of federal dollars to stave off tenants being evicted and owners filing for bankruptcy.
