It's been more than a month since a nationwide shortage of baby formula has left parents struggling to feed their babies. According to Bloomberg News, out-of-stock rates jumped to 70% across the country for the week ending May 21, a 45% increase over the previous week. In New Jersey, the shortage rate climbed to 75%. Some NJ moms have started online groups to help others find formula.
