Monday, Feb. 28 marks the deadline for residents to apply to the Excluded New Jerseyans Fund, a $40 million pot of federal money that offers one-time payments of up to $4,000 per household for undocumented immigrants and others excluded from federal pandemic assistance. As of Monday, more than 35,000 applications have been submitted.
