Nearly half a million people were excluded from relief in NJ
When the state announced it was setting up an Excluded New Jerseyans Fund to provide benefits to undocumented workers and others who were unable to qualify for federal pandemic relief aid, advocates cheered. But workers have found that getting those benefits has proven to be challenging and they are frustrated with the application process. Make the Road is holding a series of help sessions.
