When Alex Holt took the helm of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s budget office in 2011, Chicago faced a budget deficit of $654 million. By 2017, that deficit is down to $137 million. Holt is now stepping down and joins us to talk about the city's past, present and fiscal future.
