Part of Gov. Scott Walker's public assistance reform plan makes changes to the way Wisconsin’s FoodShare program works. To discuss the implications of the changes is David Lee, Executive Director of Feeding Wisconsin. Lee says that the ultimate goal of the program should be to "ensure the program works better for everyone."
