I'm the early literacy coordinator at the library.
And, also coordinating the Every Child ready Duluth coalition, this is Family Fest.
This is the fourth year we've done this event.
It was put on by the Every Child, right?
Duluth Coalition, which is a group of, different organizations in town that support families with children birth to five.
The idea is just to offe a free event for the community that gets, caregivers to time to play and explore with their kids.
And also gives them an opportunity to learn about all the great resources we have in town for for young children, families with young children.
my gosh, we have I think, 25 different organizations that are tabling.
So that includes like the ISD 709 early childhood programs, XP headstart.
and so many more.
Yeah.
And more.
Hopefully.
Maybe they get some more ideas for ways that they can play and learn together with their kids.
And just that, the simple things that they're doing every day is really building to the learning.
That's another kind of focus that we have all these simple activities at the tables and just give them the idea that, yeah, you're talking with your kids and you're singing with them and you're playing, and that is that's what builds early learning
