The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Wisconsin health software giant Epic Systems.

The United States Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in favor of Wisconsin health software giant Epic Systems. The ruling states that the company can require employees to sign onto non-disclosure agreements. Upon condition of employment, the agreement prohibits employees from settling grievances as a group and from taking work issues to court. This week’s Fast Facts look at the details of this ruling.
