The fetal heartbeat bill (SB 9) advances to the House, a permitless gun carry measure is moving quickly through the legislature and so is a utility net metering bill. Except in the case of an emergency, SB 9 outlaws abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected, typically around six weeks. The bill passed in the Senate and now moves to the House.
