#### Kentucky is under a state of emergency before ice, sleet, and snow arrive starting tomorrow morning.
The governor says the situation could become extremely dangerous.
He expects power outages and says travel will be difficult to impossible.
He is urging people to stay off the roads Thursday and Friday.
#### State Representative Richard White collapsed at the State Capitol yesterday.
His family says he was sent to a Frankfort hospital, then flown to Lexington.
The 69-year-old White is a Republican from the 99th District, serving Elliott, Lewis, and Rowan Counties.
#### Kentucky's COVID case number today is 74-hundred.
The positivity rate is 26-point-eight percent.
Both numbers are down from yesterday.
#### Senator Mitch McConnell says COVID is starting to decline, and it's now time to end the national emergency declared in March
