#### Governor Beshear and Governor Mike Dewine of Ohio say they will ask for two billion dollars from the federal government for improvements to the Brent Spence Bridge that connects northern Kentucky to Cincinnati - and the building of a companion bridge just west of it.
The money is from the infrastructure bill that passed last year.
#### President Biden has okayed federal funding to help 13 Kentucky counties affected by storms in late December and early January.
#### The state is changing its COVID mask policy as cases decline.
Starting tomorrow, masks are optional for people in executive branch office buildings.
There are exceptions, including prisons, mental hospitals, veterans' nursing homes, and state agencies that provide food, drink, and housekeeping services.
