First lady highlights American Rescue Plan funding

First lady Jill Biden and U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona on Thursday visited Bergen Community College, where a child care program funded under the American Rescue Plan is operating and to highlight one aim of the American Rescue Plan -- to address barriers to education, like housing and food insecurity, many which have been exacerbated by the pandemic.
