In 1884 Albert Fisher opened A. Fisher Brewing Co. in Salt Lake City. It remained one of Utah’s largest breweries well into the 20th century. 133 years later, Albert’s great-great-grandson Tom Riemondy has resurrected the family business and re-opened Fisher Brewing Co. We had a chance to interview him, as well as co-founders Tim Dwyer, Colby Frazier, and Steven Brown.
