Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald details key issues in budget impasse.

To better understand the state budget impasse and negotiations at the Capitol, we talk to Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald. "We are arguing and disagreeing on the right things," Fitzgerald explains. Proposals on how to bridge the transportation funding gap include millions in bonding, eliminating personal property tax, income tax cuts, and an incentive package for Foxconn Technology Group.
